New program: Care4Carers

Elm St Mission, along with Women’s Health East, is offering a free new program in Term 4, 2025: Care4Carers.

This weekly program is for women who provide unpaid care and will run from Thursday, 16 October (11 am – 12:30 pm) until late November.

Caring for others brings rewards and challenges, and it’s important that carers can be part of a group where they feel safe to share their thoughts, express themselves and have some fun.

It offers connection, conversation, and a moment to prioritise your own wellbeing. Expect a welcoming space, fun and relaxing activities, morning tea, and the chance to connect with others who understand.

Where: Elm St Mission, 654 Mountain Highway, Bayswater
When: Thursdays from 16 October | 11 am – 12:30 pm

While it is free, registration is essential.
