Mindfulness is about being fully present in the moment and bringing awareness to our current experiences with curiosity and without judgment or getting overwhelmed.
Mindfulness can be practised anywhere and anytime.
In our small group setting, we teach the basic skills of mindfulness, such as connecting with our breath or simple body scans that participants can take with them and use whenever the need arises.
